NEC WiMAX +5G Tool is an application that allows you to view information and update settings for mobile routers and home routers from your smartphone or tablet.

If "Please wait" message persists, it may indicate that a backup process is ongoing. Please follow the steps below to clear the storage and try again. (Note: Steps may vary depending on the model/version)

1. Clear the storage of WiMAX +5G Tool:
   Settings > Apps > All apps > WiMAX +5G > Storage & Cache > Clear Storage
2. Relaunch WiMAX +5G Tool:
   The setup wizard will start; please follow the on-screen instructions. Set the "Administrator Password" to match the one used for Quick Setup Web.
